1. Returns Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the nature of food products like honey, opened or tampered items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
